It was done at Black Line Studio in Toronto, Ontario (Canada). The guy whose arm it’s on is Steven (no last name given). The artist’s name is Yovany Cabanas.

I’ve been trying to find a good tattoo artist in Toronto, so I’ll definitely have to check this studio.
I agree, great work by the artist. Interesting image, but i would never say it’s ugly. i am extremely curious on the backstory behind it.

That was the best episode of Batman ever.
I like the tattoo. The tiger has the same look on it’s face that every single pet I’ve ever seen who has been dressed up by it’s owner. That, god-I-just-want-to-die-right-now-but-I-must-stay-alive-so-that-I-can-kill-my-owner-or-at -least-piss-in-his/her-shoe-later look.
This guy works at a shop i go to- I see the same artist that did this; he’s phenomenal.. and this is probably one of the raddest tattoos ever.
