Sad. I really hate to see horn-on-horn crime. The worst part is that a narwhal or unicorn who’s been the victim of a violent attack is ten times more likely to later perpetrate violence against a rhinoceros, water buffalo, or Hagar the Horrible.

It does look like he probably will get at least the waves and the star/explosion thing behind where their horns slam into each other coloured in. I know that there’s a Narwhal vs Unicorn playset made and the t-shirt of the day at the lolstore once was unicorn vs narwhal, but other than that, it’s a minor meme.
This really is excellent inkwork, in my opinion.

Frankly, this is a big piece of win to me. Bizarre, pointy win, but win nonetheless.
+1. This is the kind of inkwork most people we see here should have aimed for, and did probably hope for. While not narwhal vs unicorn, I’d definitely get some ink from this artist.

Who are these idiots who get epic tattoos on body parts that need to be shaved before the tattoo can be inked? Look at his right thigh. The left thigh will eventually have that level of hair as well. The only good thing is this ugly tattoo will sooner or later be hidden by the hair.
For a first appointment pic, the execution on this tattoo looks pretty good. The finger waves are well formed, the mane looks good, and the overall line work is well executed. Looks like the guy has a good artist.

You’re right, the back is whack. (Sorry, couldn’t help myself.) But overall the quality is a lot better than we usually see here. I’m just joining the “why?” crowd.
For the most part I think this tattoo is very well done. Though I do agree that the back is a bit twisted. Also, is that it’s hoof on the bottom just beneath the Narwhals tail?… If so this Unicorn needs to visit the E.R.

Another person who thinks their unique. I almost have the same feelings towards unicorn tattoos as penis tattoos. The people with the penis tattoos seem to be frat boys or totally lonely basement perverts. The unicorn group consists of WOW players that for kicked out of their d&d group because no one wanted them at their house. So in one last desperate cry for attention they get some sort of unicorn. I can’t stand them the irony has worn off. At least the penis tattoos remain offensive and socially unacceptable. Unicorns go trite after the first week.
