Please Tell Me That’s One of Your Watercolors

Now That is A Downstairs Mixup!

Oh, well, would you look at that? Another Old Gregg tattoo. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to go drink an entire bottle of Baileys so I can smash it open and use the broken shards to slit my wrists.

  1. AmandaK says:

No, that’s awesome. I’d have that amphibious transexual inked on me

  2. Melissa says:

    Not Bad.
    MANGIIIINNNAAAA!!!

    • IddyBiddy says:

Not bad?? Are you and I looking at the same tattoo, because this is awful. Now don’t get me wrong the art itself is nicely done but it’s a complete waste of a tattoo artists talent. When I first watched Old Gregg I wanted to stab out my ear drums with rusty nails.

  3. Kelly Ann says:

Ever drink Bailey’s out of a shoe?

  4. enamy says:

    mmm. bailey’s. creamy.

  5. Pearly says:

It’s awesome!! I want a Milky Joe tattoo!!

  6. Klo says:

I thought it was a zombie version of Wierd Al Jankovic. But thanks for the links- now I get the reference. (I do need to think of how to use the word “mangina” in everyday conversation)!

  7. Stephanie says:

It’s actually a pretty cool tattoo, if you’re into Old Gregg. Nicely done.

  8. January says:

I think you have to be British (as I am) to not find the accent unbelievably grating. And while I have to wonder why anyone would get an Old Greg tatt, I don’t think this is badly done.

    • Elizabeth says:

I’ve never seen the humor in Old Greg– and I usually love surreal British humor.

      • Rauss says:

Personally I find the Mighty Boosh as a whole incredibly fucking grating. Noel Fielding is just a surreal Russell Brand, and it’s getting old fast.

        And yes, I am British.

    • Cos Ryan says:

I’m British and everything about The Mighty Boosh (including this accent) I find tremendously grating. Just my two pence worth.

  9. enamy says:

love the mighty boosh. i’m partial to the crack fox though.

  10. David Krumm says:

Come on guys! Clearly this is just the underpainting; when the rest of the tattoo goes on in a couple of weeks the skin tones will look far more life-like. Do you know anything about tattoos?

  11. embarrassed says:

So I am seriously rethinking my facebook friends…yeah, this tattoo is owned by someone I know. And the other old Gregg featured on this site? Same guy, just the before shot.
Excuse me while I die of shame.

    • Anna Rexia says:

Why die of shame when you can humiliate them instead? For what it’s worth, I think it’s a well-done tattoo. I’ve seen one other Old Gregg tattoo that’s done in colour, but it looks no where near as nice (relatively speaking) as this one.

    • enamy says:

looks the same, sans color, to me. and at a different angle. but it’s clearly the same body part and the details are the same.

  12. Cro-Mag says:

I’m thinking… Dee Snyder (T.S.) Zombie. That’s Twisted Sister you pervs!

  13. Cro-Mag says:

    Now I think I got it it’s a Sleestak.

  14. Matt says:

Yeah Boosh really does let down the overall standard of Brit comedy (Pomedy?), I have a friend who is mad about it so I’m sometimes forced to endure an episode or two, hasn’t made me laugh yet. Bring back the young ones I say.

  15. Janet says:

Old Gregg sounds like Sporty Spice.

  16. Jam says:

I was not familiar with Old Gregg before today, but after following the link, I think a tattoo of the Funk will be visiting this page soon.

  17. Gael says:

Holy heck – if you replace the green skin w/ a normal skin tone and make the hair a dark blond, it’s an ex-worker of mine!

Seriously, looks just like her except for the coloring!

  18. Nilla says:

There are better episodes than The Legend of Old Gregg and better characters that would actually not look creepy as a tattoo. However saying that, I am desperate for someone to get a tattoo of the Hitcher, the scariest character that has ever been on my TV screen.
This tattoo is done really well though.

  19. easol says:

What is it about Old Gregg that makes people want to fricking put him on tattoos?!

  20. ): says:

Oh boy… I know who did this.

  21. jackie says:

it looks waaay to much like the black and white one. i think its the same tattoo, just wate rcolored in.

  22. Mia says:

I’d much rather a tattoo of Tony Harrison or the Crack Fox but Ol’ Gregg is fucking awesome.

  23. Taima says:

Are we sure that this isn’t the same tattoo as the other old gregg one you’ve got linked, just colored in/finished? i flipped between the two images, they look relatively identical, aside from camera angle and color.
Unless there is only one Old Gregg picture that everyone tattoos on themselves

  24. Welmel says:

Looks like the love child of ellen degeneres and the jolly green giant.

  25. Pez4me42 says:

Well, this tattoo was obviously done very well because as soon as I saw it I thought, “That looks like ‘Richmond’ from ‘The IT Crowd.’” I’ve never seen “The Mighty Boosh”, and had no idea who this character was until I clicked your links.
Terrible idea for a tattoo…but well executed.

  26. HannahHysteria says:

    Make an assessment
I love Ol’ Gregg and Boosh :3

  27. ClockworkAssassin says:

most people rip on stuff they don’t even know about. that’s lamer than the worst tattoo.

  28. KeithUnderneath says:

    AAAAHHHHHMM. OOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLDDDDDD GGRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEGGG!

  29. fatseal says:

Why is Marc Bolan a Zombie?

  30. The Funk says:

WOOOO!!! WIN! WIN! WIN! WIN! WIN! WIN!
    I’M OLD GREEEEEGGG!!!

    WOOOOOOOOO!!!!

    BOOSH 4 EVER!!!

  31. Brie B. says:

Why are people DEFENDING this? I don’t care if you think The Mighty Boosh/Old Gregg is the funniest goddamn shit on the planet, do people not think, “hm, will I want this on me when I’m 60?” I mean, do they think the joke will NEVER get old? Do they plan on dying young? Or is it like what people used to say about monstrous SUVs–that the status symbol was in being able to afford the gas–except here, it’s that the status symbol is in being able to afford the tattoo removal in 20 years? Christ.

    • Cos Ryan says:

Ah, but you see, no matter how their tastes change and evolve over their years, this tattoo – utterly shite though it is – will remain as a cross section of their life way back when. They may hate it, and it may stretch and sag in the future, but they can look at it and remember that day they thought that getting Ol’ Fucking Gregg tattooed on their person was a great idea. And it might make them happy for a while.

  32. sonobydog says:

LOOKS LIKE WEIRD AL AND MARILYN MANSON HAD A LOVE CHILD.

  33. calvin says:

You just took a great sketch show and turned it into an obnoxious tattoo. Congratulations. You fuckers ruined Calvin and Hobbes too.

  34. Frederica Bimble says:

This is Noel Fielding. I see him in East London around Old Street all the time and whilst some people think he’s attractive I don’t think he’s all that. He’s charming, though.

  35. Imawulfy says:

    Rawr that’s Epic !!! I want one too :)
    Mhh baileys Creamy <3

  36. anna again says:

you mean thats not weird al?

  37. that guy says:

waaaaaaiiiiiiitttt, i think it started out as ellen degeneres

  38. Esc4pe says:

    I’M OLD GREGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  39. Kendra says:

He’s just a scaly man fish

  40. Robyn says:

I must say they got Noel’s eyes perfect I absolutely love him and though I wouldn’t get a tattoo of him (naboo maybe lol) best episode is defo party I mean I find them kissing hot…. Yeah…. Anyways I’m ulster-scots (google it) and find their accent cute :D love Noel to pieces. Anyone see let’s dance for comic relief? He was robbed lol! <3

  41. Hagan says:

I guess you can learn to love him.

  42. jadefirefly says:

Additionally, I can confirm that you do not, in fact, have to be British to read the original comment correctly, and see that you did not.

  43. Orionsbelt3 says:

Me, too. But I loved them and the T Rex guardian. The suspense was perfect when Dad and Will would try to sneak by them to sequence the crystals just right in order to attempt to return to their world. This tattoo is gross. Nice artistry though.

  44. george says:

    i’m ‘strayan.
    :)
