Kermit the Demon

Kermit The Hellfrog!

Submitted by: Chantry

This is from a deleted scene in one of Grover’s “Health Minutes.” It was meant to demonstrate that teeth can be used to chew flesh, but the producers decided that it was too violent for children, even by 1980s standards.

You learn some interesting things by watching the Sesame Street DVDs with Kermit’s commentary track.

i watched this clip twice. it was even better the second time. hello i am five.

  2. Jam says:

    It isn’t easy being green.

    • Sean says:

Actually, Kermit was bought out by the ecologists and flipped his view on how easy it is to be green. If you look at any of Kermit’s recent statements on the subject, you’ll see that he now claims “It’s easy being green!”

It’s so sad when a celebrity sells out like that. I wonder what his new hippie benefactors would say about the scandalous image above though, considering that in the image Kermit is, quite clearly, eating meat.

      • Jam says:

Whatever assmunch. Frogs are clearly predators, if you want to flip the script, they eat nothing but meat. Fuck you and go somewhere else with your agenda.

        • Jam says:

Sorry for the hostile, nonsensical post. Upon hung over reflection on Sunday morning, I had hoped that it did not make it out of moderation. I’ve decided to revoke my late night posting rights when returning from the bar blind drunk.

          • Sean says:

Heh, no worries. =) I was just making fun of the fact that there are so many Kermit shirts and bumper stickers nowadays that say “It’s Easy Being Green!”. Sorry if that wasn’t clear. My only agenda here is humor. Anything else you see me post, assume there’s a joke in it.

            • Jam says:

Not your fault, I’m not even sure what I was fired up about. Thanks for being cool about it and sorry again.

      • Anna Rexia says:

Kermit, quite clearly, is not. There is no blood or flesh in his mouth. He is, however, emitting some very interesting blue-coloured drool.

  3. zombiekim says:

Poor Kermit. All he wanted to do was sit in the swamp and sing about “The Rainbow Connection,” and instead he winds up having to eat his way out of this shitty tattoo.

  4. schwiiing says:

I actually think this tattoo rocks.

  5. corrne says:

I laughed so hard at this clip…love it!

tattoo is well done, but may give me nightmares tonight.

  6. Fourrpaws says:

I always thought the chest-burster from Alien look like a fetal Kermit.

I actually like this tattoo. Not that I would want it inked on *me*, but there is something about Kermit’s expression that really gets to me. He’s just, enjoying himself a little too much.

  7. Jen says:

From 0:58-1:05… is Grover raping Kermit???

  8. Rauss says:

Damn impractical is what this is, I mean frogs don’t have sharp teeth because they’d just rip through their soft jaws, imagine the trouble a frog made of felt would have.

  9. jim says:

    Ummmm, Kermit……the door’s over there!

  10. jesi says:

now i realize that it wouldve Kermit the Velociraptor wouldve been a much better character.

    • Rauss says:

“Hurgy burgy Kermity, what can I cook for you today?”

“Well Swedish Chef I’m in the mood for RAW HUMAN FLESSSSSH, GRAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWR!”

  11. LadyBelle says:

It’s horrible, yet somehow wonderful at the same time. This one is a win in quality and idea wise, just one I would never get.

  12. LadyBelle says:

Season 1 of the Muppet Show guest stared Vincent Price. Kermit turns into a vampire and attacks Vincent’s neck. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQALLGsn-Fk

  13. Sarah says:

This is terrifying! I hope small kids don’t have to see it, nightmares for sure!

  14. xodc. says:

i need to high 5 the person with this tattoo. immediately.

    • Anna Rexia says:

I want to high-five the artist. I usually hate torn-flesh tattoos, but this one is very well done and shows that the artist has actually seen what we look like underneath the dermis. I love it!

  15. nm says:

I enjoyed the video clip. A lot. This surprises me because I’m a wee bit old to be watching Sesame Street.

  16. JoeL says:

    Holy shit that’s awesome!

  17. Janice says:

Wow. Not one I would wear but total thumbs up. Very nicely done. And the YouTube video with Vincent Price was great too.

  18. jenna says:

WTF. That is the creepiest shit I’ve ever seen, Kermit is NOT MEANT TO HAVE TEETH. The video was way freakier than the tattoo!

  19. nathan says:

  20. igorotsonline says:

    That tattoo is wicked.

  21. Sika says:

    uuuuuuuuuuuuummmmm…I’m I missing something?

The Muppet Show =/= Sesame Street

    Elmo =/= Kermit

  22. Sabrelily says:

lol I actually like that tattoo. It’s funny and it was done really well. It’s a bit too silly for my taste, but it’s still a lot better than some of the others I’ve seen on here.

  23. Cassandra Boyd says:

So, I actually know this guy. Lol. He’s a tattoo artist himself. Great guy, too. Off to inform him that he’s made the page.
