tbh, i think it’s a cute drawing. Just not as a tattoo. This whole site is why I think long & hard before I get a tattoo. Cuz I don’t want to end up in here! O_o
Maybe I hang out here too much, but I’m starting to feel that having a tattoo featured here could be a badge of honour. Some of these bring back stories with them that I find educational. This one, for example. I’d never heard of Party Cat before. Now I do, and I love him. I wanna party with him. Or her.

Good grief. You may proceed to set me in front of the UT firing squad now, but there is something I actually quite like about this tattoo. And reading the comic I think it’s rather funny and cute! And I think the tattoo may come across as badly done because that is how the comic is drawn. It actually looks just like the picture, eh?
So I think I like this, even if every cell of my body screams at me not to. Provided the “skin” (thanks zen!) this in on covers a small area of the body….

Don’t get me wrong. I like cats and I have a cat. I don’t hate the tattoo or the cartoon. However, the vehemence of some of the positive reactions to it practically begged for a crazy cat lady joke to be made. I did not make one and do not make one now out of fear that someone will track me down, cut my heart out, and throw it into a pit of glowing coals as a sacrifice to Bast to erase my insult.

I think it’s cute. I’m not familiar with the comic. But I agree with the others who said that buying the T-shirt would have sufficed. I love cats and have yet to get a cat tattoo, because I’m trying to stick with a consistent style to my tats and I haven’t found the perfect cat tat in that style yet.
