There are just so many things wrong here. The tires are flat on this bike, it has major emissions issues and any sane biker knows that dino would need a ninja style bike to accommodate his short arms and long tail.
Definitely needs a wheelie bar to offset the weight of that enormous tail.
Is… he wearing a full leather bodysuit?
I think his body skin is a different shade than his head kind of like a Dino farmers tan.

This Dino is living his dream of riding a non-ninjastyle bike.
What bothers me more is, that Dinos would probably be more comfortable with Oakley-styled sunglasses than Ray-Bans.

Nope. I think it’s cute. It’s not the best work I’ve seen, but far from the worse. They could have used more colours, or at least more variations in colouring.

Well…I saw this tattoo on a fan page of a local tattoo shop. I think it’s hilarious that they were actually proud of this..
