He has a tattoo that covers part of his ribs, yes. I tried to find an original of this picture in hopes that there was a link that included what the tattoo is, but no luck. Only a slightly larger version of the picture that shows more of his tummy hair was found.
But it looks like he’s had ribs over his ribs, so to speak.
That looks to me like the border on a Grateful Dead rosette or something like that–looks like it’s bones arranged in a circle, and I know I’ve seen dancing bear and Space-Yer-Face artwork with bones as the frame. That’s just a wild guess though.

Girl, be careful which Magic: The Gathering nerd you fall for! They’re not all they’re cracked up to be. Trust me, I’ve known for the past two and a half years.
I know they’re cute and all and if you don’t mind being second to a piece of cardboard, you’ll be fine. But if not, beware!
Ugh…I know all too well how you feel. God forbid I ever want to go on a date on a Friday night and he miss FNM! It’s shattering to a woman’s ego for their men to want to be surrounded by fantasy, cardboard, and other men….*sigh*
