Uh – are you sure this is a dude?? Could be a lady. Either way, gender doesn’t take away from the fact that facial tattoos, for the most part, are a terribly bad idea. Unless you are a bartender, tattoo artist, or hair-stylist. Or a stripper.

I have to agree with Dee. Either this guy (or gal?) had the same “bruise” color tattooed under their eyes, or this is a great makeup job. Either way, looks like a cry for help to me.

Ok so all I got to say is my little brother had brain cancer and he too has one of these scars… now how cool is this guy?
he was trying to be the epitome of goth/emo, but clearly he wasted his time cos he ended up looking like an ugly piece of voodoo ragdoll, and oh ya, with that fake looking tattoo. he should hav done it real, since some can even split their tongue. lol!

Ok, so you may not like it and I might not want to get that tattoo myself, but it is amazingly well done. And it works, ye know.
It’s a shame his lobotomy created such a huge scar. He should have seen the doctor that performed Nancy Pelosi’s. Her forehead looks great!

Nah, I shaved my eyebrows off for years and grew them back in a couple of years ago — and they’re completely normal.
I wanna punch this kid in the tattoo. I don’t usually feel especially violent, but this kid’s bringing it out.
This is definitely a cry for help! I hope this is fake because I feel sorry for him or her. It’s creepy and I can’t look at it. The left eye is the worst. All you see is the white part. And I didn’t even notice the lack of eyebrows.
He was not hugged enough as a child. And to think that he has to live with that for the rest of his life is just ugly
Looks like makeup to me, or one of those fake tattoos you buy from the gumball machine – a lot of those are scars or wounds for some reason. I guess it could be real, but s/he doesn’t look old enough.

That is great artwork, but it’s not appropriate for the head, unless he/she’s got enough trustfund money to pay for therapy. I think he/she also had his/hers under eyes tattooed black.

This really is the most disturbing thing I’ve seen to date… anywhere. Not the most graphic or most poorly done, but something about it makes me actually sad for this kid. I think it’s the look in his eyes…

Lobotomies are done through the nose (eye?), never through a skull incision. But great job w/ the make-up, as it’s fooled most of us! Of course, if you see some of the stuff here, this is pretty believable and relatively mild.
