This whole Harry Potter phenomenon is great, isn’t it? I mean, really great. Encouraging children to read, whisking adults away to a fantastical dream world, etc. You know what else is great? Proust’s A Remembrance of Things Past. And health insurance. And the way that plants convert the carbon dioxide we humans produce back into the oxygen we breathe. All things you should also get tattoos of as well, in my opinion.

WHY has no one mentioned that Ron looks like… well, there’s no polite way to put this… he looks like he stepped out of a concentration camp. (And yes, as a woman of jewish ancestry it is slightly unpleasant to say that.) He looks like a mummy wearing a red hat! Everything else, despite the stupidity, is relatively decent work. I’d rather get Radcliffe from Equus. Yummy, that.

I think this is awesome actually. Not sure I’d get a movie poster as a tattoo but props for a Harry Potter that’s been well done. I’ve seen about five HP tattoos that look good and I have two of them XD
Really? REALLY? Look at RON! He looks like a zombie! And that really does look like Marilyn Manson. The rest of it IS pretty well done, but Ron and Snape look TERRIBLE. I feel like erasing half of it.

That’s Voldemort, not Snape. You are at least totally right about Ron looking like a zombie; that was my first thought as well. Hermione’s also been rendered in what appears to be her Ewok form. (Even less bang for your buck? /terrible pun)
Okay, you’re right — but the nose is ALL wrong for the picture it’s supposed to be (I checked; he’s supposed to have that flat snake-like nose). Which is even worse because it totally looks like Snape if it’s not Marilyn Manson.
So now I’ve got to knock off points not just for hideousness, but for poor rendering and quality in general. Which leads me back to the issue of “REALLY?” to Cara. How horrible have the other tattoos been?
Some station was playing a bunch of the movies yesterday, and after re-watching some of each, I can say that Hermione DID sure have a heck of a lot of hair, though…

That is one nasty tat, although the guy ini the bubble meant to be voldermort does look reasonably like Marilyn Manson. Change the hair up a bit and you can laser the rest and have a decent tat!
Haha this is pretty funny. Even funnier? I have a HP tattoo. Luckily I wasn’t quite dense enough to go with a face tattoo which nearly always come out horrible.
